Served by a young woman today who was unnecessarily rude to me regarding some questions I had about a change of address. She could tell I was upset but instead of being proffesional about it decided to treat me in a condescending way in front of the others present. She then proceeded to top it off with a sarcastic shout over the other people of \have nice day\ as I was walking out. Zero professionalism and unacceptable behavior from a public servant. I will be making an official complaint.

Small office, off the beaten track, quick service!
Small MTO office downtown Dundas. Lineup out the door when I got there, but only a 15 min wait start to finish. Staff seems very efficient. I was dreading the worst when I saw the line, but moved very quickly.
