Had license revoked for 6 months due to an accident at work . The DVLA were helpful & polite when i phoned them and a week before the 6 months was up my license was reinstated . They have an extremely hard job to do but my experience was as good as it could have been. Well done to the medical team & advisors

Rubbish service, I received a fine after 2 weeks of purchasing a vehicle for not sorning it. The Vehicle was delivered to my home address as part of a purchase service and I never received the log book for 5 weeks. I phoned DVLA after receiving the fine to ask how I could have sorned it without the log book they told me to pay the fine 1st and then try to appeal it! I asked if I appeal the fine without paying for it would it increase in value or remain the same as I only have 7 days to pay and you say it takes 10 days for an appeal, at that point I was told nothing more could be done and he was "hanging up the phone" DISGUSTING SERVICE
Needed some advice on filling in the D2 form. The lady was lovely and it only took a couple of minutes to get through.
