Trying to get a hold of them Via Phone is horrendous. They either don't answer and have you leave a message, or they hang up after the phone rings once after the long pre-recorded message in 2 separate languages (which they can easily have an option in the beginning to select the language you speak). Having them help you is also a chore, as I am currently having an issue with getting a form from them, and this is the 2nd week of trying to get a hold of them to help me with it.
We scheduled our son for training which was to be at Masik high school. They have rescheduled the parent meeting 4 times. Yesterday it was scheduled for 6pm and about 4 pm we got a phone call saying it was going to be rescheduled again. I have taken time off work 4 times now to attend this class with my son. They give no explanation and don’t seem to care. We cancelled our son with this company and demanded our money back. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I got my cs1 here and my expeirence was wonderful , i'm just wondering your business hours so i can finish my drivers ed with 2 hours of behind the wheel training
