I wish I would have asked the person I spoke to what her name was so I could make this more personal and am sorry that I didn't, _ I do know that at the time of my call that she(you) were there alone . The lady that I spoke to on the phone was unbelievably rude and then hung up on me. Worst experience ever.
I went in to pay my taxes and title, and plates on a car and the first young woman was nice enough and got everything taken care of. I had to leave to get cash and when I came back 30 mins later she was on break. The woman in charge called me up and when I told her I would rather wait because the other woman had helped me already she informed me that because I was next I had to go to her. From that moment one she was nothing but snippy and rude to me. She claimed I had a 2nd lien on the car and needed paperwork from a different bank then the one I had a loan for. When I produced the paperwork saying the 2nd lien was done she refused to even look at the paperwork. She told I need to.tall too the 2nd bank to get the paperwork I was already trying to show her. When I asked her if she even looked at it she told me no and that she wouldn't. I did not get my car taken care of and ended up going over a town and the process was quick and painless. If I could remember her name I would have called someone about her. She definatly does not need a job in customer service.
If i could rate 0 i would. RUDE employees. Keep everything short conversation. Not so friendly. Get attitudes in person and on phone.
