I had battery problems with my van and got delayed at the side of the road. They told me it would be fine if I would hand in the car a few hours later, but when I returned it they charged me for an extra day. That was disappointing. When I emailed them, they never replied anymore.

I called them confirmed with them I pay cash the next day I drove 1 hour to there agency they said oh sorry it’s already paid with your deposit. They refused give me right invoice neither. The 2 guys there did nothing correct
It's an OK place to get parcels delivered. Usually a bit of a wait since there's not a lot of staff. Can't comment on the car rental service since i haven't used it yet.
