The 1 star is to much for such a bad service and unprofessional work,, I just received an email that my parcel is delivered to my home address,, so Immediately I go down stairs to check the mail box and I find my parcel opened and stuffed in the mail box,, so the unprofessional delivery man has opened my parcel and put it in the mail box. Worst of the worst. Never delivers. I wonder what the company is actually doing, delivering things is definitely not one of their services. since I have never see them actually deliver anything.
Been waiting three weeks for a package that should have been delivered in 4-7 days. The only information I get from track and trace is that my address information is not correct. I doubt it was incorrect in the first place, but regardless have since been in touch with GLS several times to make sure they know my correct address. What do you know, track and trace updated today with 'can't deliver, more address information needed'. I live on a busy street, never usually have issues with deliveries and have given them my address multiple times. From reading other reviews it doesn't seen like I'm the only one with this kind of experience... Avoid at all costs
Never use their services! 80% of my deliveries are having all sorts of problems. They can easily mark a parcel being delivered, however it is not. Their estimation of delivery is always wrong. Their drivers are totally irrespective to traffic rules.
If you have the option, try by all means to avoid this courier. Its license, at least in Belgium, should be removed given the terrible and unprofessional service. Unlike with other providers, I had issues with every single item coming from them. This week I received the notification that GLS would deliver my parcel and my fears were confirmed this morning. Parcel delivered, but not to my address. Only God knows where. No customer service either, I guess overwhelmed
Worst delivery company ever. They have misplaced an expensive package, or probably stolen it, faked a signature on the delivery proof and are now refusing to help me trace it. PS. I have seen your response and sent you an email. And no, the seller refuses to file a complaint because you have conveniently provided them with some fake proof of delivery bearing a signature that is not mine. This not only constitutes theft, but also forgery. I don't appreciate this irresponsible and unreasonable behaviour. I am not going to go through red tape when I know that all you have to do is ask the delivery guy what he did with that package. I expect a favourable response within the week barring which i will be going to the local police station to file a complaint.
Perhaps I was lucky because the driver executed the delivery on time and without any issues. Anyways I cant fault the delivery.
Never ever try to send or receive anything with GLS, if you want it to arrive. Horrible, non-existing customer service.
