Extremely rude customer service, on a calm early Saturday I entered and asked a question the saleswoman laughed rudely and loudly in my face. I was truly shocked. I browsed and left. I returned 45 minutes later, to try again with a different sales woman, who screamed at me! We spoke FR and asked for a quote, when I politely declined from giving my home address, tel. number and personal info, she screamed "WE ARE NOT coming to break in your home!". Unbelievable. Edit to add: No one has ever contacted me, not a problem as I would not shop here for myself or my clients.
