Update - 4th November!!! After the complaint they acted, and the tyres are getting delivered to the nearest outlet. Hence updating the review and the ratings. Review date- 26th October Had an appointment to put the winter tyres on the car. A simple 30 -60 mins job in any garage. The appointment was booked by the leasing agency after confirming with them that tyres are available. I reach there on time, handover the keys, I also ask them to change rain wipers (15 minutes job at max). After 1.5 hours I go to check with them on the status. I was told its not done yet. I also speak to the mechanic on general things about the car. After 3 hours i go there to check again and they tell me in a very casual manner that they dont have tyres at all. I was unhappy and asked them why they did not let me know for 3 hours. They did not have a proper answer and the communication gap that internal department had created. I had a lengthy debate and realized it was internal communication gap in the department which led to the confusion. Would have been nice to let the customer know upfront.

Franchement très satisfait de ce garage Renault, l'accueil un plaisir le personnel très compétant et très à l'écoute, franchement à conseiller sans hésiter j'ai fais le premier entretient de mon véhicule très rapide et professionnel rien à voir avec le garage Renault St guidon qui sont complètement à l'ouest eux prix excessive et incompétence. Allez au garage Renault drogenbos les yeux fermés. Moi c'est chez eux mon prochain véhicule.
