Charged 150 euro to stay 5 minutes (literally) and left us with no hot water and no heating (in January). We have called Vaillant services 2 weeks ago as we had problems with our Vaillant boiler/heating. We were given an appointment for 19.01.2021 (2 weeks from our call, 2 weeks during which we were left with no hot water and no proper heating, in January). During the telephone call, which I assume has been registered for quality etc, Vaillant have not provided us with any information on the costs for such intervention, which we assumed would be reasonable, trusting the company and the brand. What a mistake! The technician came yesterday morning, looked at the heating 5 minutes (literally 5 minutes), said it is a problem with the chimney, not with the boiler and happily left, with the same problem unsolved. Vaillant charged us for a 5 minutes consultation two weeks after our call a sum of 150 Euro. This is dishonesty, which amounts to customer deceit and consumer fraud. We have a contract with Vaillant which we will immediately cancel and we will make sure we spread this information on all social media and of course contact the Belgium and EU Consumer Protection for your unfair and fraudulent practice. We will also complain directly to Vaillant if course, but having seen how they treat their customers we don't expect much from this exchange I must say. Very disappointing. I suggest to stay away and try to find a company that can offer proper customer services and support.

Set an appointment in August for November. Made sure to stay home all day for it and sure enough they never came for maintenance. The next week they came to service another apartment upstairs and I asked if they would check it and of course they said no, make another appointment and wait more months. Great! Worst service ever

WORST SERVICE EVER!! I have been without heat and hot water for about a week (in the middle of winter). Last week, I fixed the earliest appointment Vaillant had available for today - I get a confirmation that a technician will come between 10h-14h, I take the day off to be sure to be at home when the technician arrive. At 13h receive a call saying that they will need to reschedule my appointment to tomorrow, I insist since I have been in the cold for a week and it is an emergency. They tell me that not problem that the technician will come by later in the afternoon... 2 hours later, still nothing - I call to make sure that the person will still come - just to have on the phone a person telling me that the appointment was cancelled!!!! I did not even receive a notice telling me this, I have wasted a full day waiting in the cold for nothing !!! I am still on the waiting line (it has been 20 mins already) just waiting for someone to pick up the phone and help me with my issue as they keep sending me to different people. This is scandalous and unprofessional.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY !!! I had to pay my appointment in advance, then I waited two months for it, took a whole day off at work because they don't provide you a slot when the technican would come. On the day of the appointment I called them in the afternoon to check when the technician will arrive and they told me that my appointment was cancelled - without any notice from them! They offered me a new appointment in three (3!) months. When I refused and demanded the money that I had already paid to be reimbursed, they agreed and told me that before they can reimburse me I need to cancel my contract. I cancelled the contract and now they are claiming that because my contract was cancelled there is no possibility for a refund.

They have ignored at least 5 of my emails as I write them in English had no reply, I call with only the dutch option and am through to someone quickly, not sure why the emails take so long for a response. We have a fault with the boiler which could be dangerous or damaging to the boiler if it continues and there is no urgency from the company.

Hilarious. They keep you in the loop for hours until closing time so that they can finally put down the receiver and go home. They also sent their technician to the wrong address ... would they call and check, or have any doubts? No. They promised to call back ... don't ask me if they ever did. Waiting for an appointment since more than three weeks. Heat down in a new house. Amazing.

Very bad customer service. Twice they changed an early-scheduled appointment, the second time they remembered to call me for the cancellation the day of the appointment.. Also expensive annual service contract with no clarification what this payment was going for...
