The after sales service has been very disappointing, no returning of phone calls to give updates or any info of delays. They were quite happy to make a sale but the back up service is next to none. Its been two and a half months waiting for my drone to be repaired i am fed up and will be taking it to some one else to repair and they can have my business. They get a zero star from me. After posting this review I did finally receive a phone call from Michael the owner of the business which I appreciated. I requested for my drone to be returned after 9 weeks of not being repaired. I took the drone to another repairer the same day and it was repaired within 5 days at a very reasonable price as well, they now will be getting all my business and recommendations.

Support your local businesses - you will get a much better experience and aftersales service buying through these guys than from large national retailers.
