I had a great experience at this facility! While my testing was voluntary, it was extremely stressful because another party mess trying to control every aspect of my testing, including emailing the facility late at night, calling them repeatedly while I was there and trying to dictate what tests I would take. Carol IS AMAZING!! She made me feel at ease, was patient with me, took her time explaining the process of everything and further put the harassing party in their place. One of the tests I ended up taking is not common at all, and I ended up having to go back to get more hair taken to send off to the lab. Carol called me immediately and had me come in. I didn’t have to wait, she had everything ready to go and I was in and out in a flash! She also had my other test results printed and waiting for me to pick up. Don’t believe the hype in any of the bad reviews. If I ever have to have any type of drug screening again, I will only utilize this location. They value and respect your privacy also. Thank you Carol!!! You were awesome!

This Service Center was the best experience I've had in quite some time. They were VERY accommodating, nice, and professional - all while adhering to great social distancing guidelines. On the day of my visit, myself and other visitors were in and out in a VERY timely manner. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone over the big name brand testing facilities - the service and wait time is above & beyond. Keep up the good work and continued success!

I love this place you go their, they will take you and get you out right away. They are way Professional doing some staff but their is one thing I have to tell you. Dont take your wallet inside. Their is nothing you are going to pay inside, you already paid online. Please dont take your wallet inside it bothers them because they dont have spot to keep your wallet until you go to bathroom and get out. Why you want to west their time. If you do that, they love you 100 times. They love you 100 times even if you dont do that you just bother them. Good luck!

The snellville location was a joy to visit! The lady in the front office was very courteous and diligent! I’m sooo happy I picked this location to do my employment screening.... in and out in great time and super clean followed covid guidelines! Great experience
