Unfortunately within a month of my new tenant moving in I got a heads up by the plumber that he had seen some p pipes on the kitchen bench, so I got Drug Testing Services back to do another test as part of a property inspection. They tested in the same locations as they did the first time round and found meth above recommended limits. Because of the consistent testing methods and photos in the two reports I had no issue evicting the tenant long before she had time to cause further damage. Naturally further more extensive testing was also carried out by drug testing services after the required clean up to clear the house to be tenanted again. Drug Testing Services are cost effective, efficient and professional I highly recommended them.
