We live just out side rosebud. And our mdx broke down in drum. It was -6 out side we called for a taxi. And were told that they wont drive that far because what if some one in drum needs aride. What a terrible company. leave a family of 4 in the cold and no way home.i will be complaining to the taxi commission.

We called on Saturday to get a ride to a Hotel. The rudest I ever I have experienced for how we were spoken to. He assume we were going to the bar & hung up on us. NEVER Give this company business they don't deserve it!!
