I took my girlfriend here for Valentine's Day and the cottage room was incredible! I added on the romance package and there were a dozen roses, sparkling wine, snack tray and the room was completely candlelit with relaxing spa music as we entered. Zeke was so helpful and thoughtful even though we ran super late because of car issues. We throughly enjoyed our relaxing jacuzzi tub with provided bubble bath and bath salts. Will be coming back in the summer to enjoy the experience again. Thank you for letting us stay!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and absolutely loved it here. The room was super clean. Zeke suggested different places to eat and told us if we needed more suggestions on what to do to go and talk to him. I'm really sad that because of Covid we couldn't experience his famous french toast but that just means we will have to stay here again. Didn't have any pictures of the room on my phone but the dinos and gardens out front were great too! Make sure to eat some of the delicious plums!!
For our 6 year anniversary we decided to stay at what appeared to be a beautiful house, let me tell you, its more then that. When you first walk in you are greeted by the all the beautiful wood finishes, yes the name fits so well, and a very comforting home feel. We were given directions to go see some sights nearby and we went immediately to those locations and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed the room, it was quiet, it was clean, and the room is very comforting. They do go that extra mile for the room and comfort feel, it did not go unnoticed. All the wood finishes pull everything together to create a cozy place. The gentleman who checked us in was amazing. Funny, witty and made it welcoming. We suggest this place and will be back!
My fiancé and I stayed here for 2 nights. Zeke was extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations for food and sightseeing. The facility was very well kept, we would definitely stay here again. They even offer to beat online rates if you call to book directly!
My husband and I spent our 12th anniversary at Heartwood on Nov 23-25. Well let me tell you it did not disappoint! We stayed in the main turret room with a beautiful jaccusi tub and fireplace! We had our own private entrance which made coming and going a sinch! Next time we want to rent the cottage! And come with the kiddos in the summer to the bungalow! Really found a Jem in this lovely inn!! The couple that runs it are very hospitable and kind! Can't wait to go back!!!
Stayed here with my wife for 3 nights and had an amazing experience the room was very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and gave many recommendations for places to eat and visit around the town all of which were wonderful. Zeke from the front desk even took some extra time to help us improve our golf swing and now we are excited to try again. The room was 5/5 and the staff was 10/5 I really hope we get the opportunity to visit again.
Wife and I visited for our anniversary and we booked the cottage. Very nice accommodations and Zeke was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back next time we come to Drumheller.
