very poor service, very cold and unprofessional service. they do not offer instant cash back which is against h and r policy and instead allow the government to directly deposit the money into accounts days later when it should be instantly provided under the emerald card cash back program. I would not recommend this very incompetent company to anyone, please do not use these crooks.

My father went to this H & R block on March 16th. Lydia made some critical mistakes on his taxes. I am by no means a tax expert and found out she had made a 300 mistake. When my father went back to correct her mistake, she did not stick to H & R Block’s policy and still charged him 200 to do his taxes with absolutely no guarantee they were done correct. Go somewhere reputable. Not here!
