I was one of the victim of Saturday’s winter blast. Driving on Highway 9 west just before The Carbon/ Rockford Intersection. I was able to reach someone Sunday morning and they were able to give me a time when they could pick me up and take me back to my SUV that was sitting in the ditch. These guys were right on time. They were very respectful and friendly. There was also another family that they were picking up. They had 2 trucks and drove me out to my vehicle first as it was closest. They even stopped on the way to see if some other people needed help. I was told to wait in the truck as it was safer. They had me out and on the road in no time. They explained to me that I might feel some shaking from the snow and dirt that was stuck under my vehicle. I cannot say enough about these guys. They were great and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for keeping me calm during a very trying time

Amazing how quickly they got to my vehicle, got it loaded, and on its way. The operator was very friendly and let me ride with him the 80 or 90 km to the service location. I highly recommend this company!!
Amazing service by wonderful people. I pulled over on the side of the highway to feed my 3 month old, and my car wouldn't start afterwards. I was back up and running in no time, and escorted back into drumheller to make sure i made it safely. Thank you so much again Newcastle Towing!!!
Truthfully, before actually dealing with Newcastle Towing in Drumheller, AB, I didn't hear many positive things about the people running this company, but I am writing to tell you that you cannot always believe what you hear. The people who run and operate this towing company are truly genuine and solid people. In a very tough situation, they welcomed us with open arms and did everything they possibly could to help make the process much easier, going completely above and beyond any expectations we may have had from a towing company. Their genuine concern, honesty, and willingness to help and lend a hand are highly respected, and partly what makes them such good people to deal with. If needing the services that they offer, I highly recommend giving them a chance, you will be very grateful that you did. Broke down near Hanna and Newcastle came to the rescue, arrived on time as promised and got our car towed back to Drumheller. Dwayne was a great driver, got us hooked up fast and set us up at a garage to have our car looked after. Awesome service - professional staff.
Chris is awesome person helped me out huge when I blew the trasmision in my dodge in drumheller. Towed me right away, sourced out a trans for me and even drove me to Calgary to get it. Wish we had people like him in Manitoba. Great experience! Will deffinittly meet up with him when I'm in the area again as a friend next time and hopefully not another tow...... I strongly recommended new castle towing .
Newcastle towing has a reputation of going above expectation of service always. At times there are circumstances that may be out of their control and while reiterating this to a customer may be frustrating for the customer the fact still remains and this does not make it the fault of the company's drivers or policies. While the situation is unfortunate it is obvious in reading the details from both sides that no assumption can be made in the towing company being responsible for any damage. I can assure any reader that the people of newcastle towing handle their business respectfully and take pride in customer satisfaction.
