Lovely service by the new young guy who recently joined. I was hesitating to use their service first as the shop is small and google reviews were not so comforting. But he assured me that my coat is in good hands, and they will try their best to make it good as new. My coat was spotless. Thank you. I’ll definitely recommend this place.

Impressive very pleasant scent after my coat is dry cleaned. This is a great surprise. It is actually a fur coat which was sent to a specialist. But with all complicated process they offered the most reasonable price I had ever received. Soft and fluffy just like when I first bought my coat. I’m impressed! One more warming surprise is that, my sleeve was cut by myself long ago but they fixed for me without asking. The new seam is neat and professional. Thank you very much, highly recommend!

don't bother. claim to dry clean...really budget effort though. How colours can run during a dry clean is near on impossible...

Do yourself a favour, avoid this place! I left 2 jackets, one of medium quality and one of high quality, feather filled. I mentioned that it was feather and that they should treat it carefully: don't worry the man said. 22 less and 2 days later, the feathure is now hard balls scattered in every possible corner of the jacket, the rest is just useless empty tissue. The jacket lost its volume and looks like a joke. The other jacket is just fine because there is nothing to damage... Never coming back again... and believe me you should do the same
