My boyfriend accidently got a tiny fragment of metal in his eye. Wear eye protection no matter how fast, simple, or small the job is! We learned the hard way. I called this office since they are close to our house. I asked if they did foreign object removal and for an estimate of cost without insurance. The front desk attendant was extremely helpful and upbeat. They were able to fit us in even though they were closing in an hour! We got there and received the same concerned and great service I had on the phone. After being checked in Dr. Cory J. Lappin was the one who did the extraction. He was very professional, educational, and amazing communicator through the process. Put us at ease about the entire procedure and aftercare. The best doctor we've encountered in general! Very genuine guy! Thank you again, for providing a great service. I personally will be coming back for my annual eye exams after this experience. Very affordable, even without insurance. The whole staff was helpful and kind, even at the end of the work day. You could tell they love what they do, helping others.

Dr. Steinhauser and Dr. Epstein are simply the best! Extremely thorough and caring. My mother recommended to me many years ago, now I recommend all my family and loved ones. This office is like one big family. They return your call promptly and were always able to squeeze me in. They are never ever in a rush, and truly care about their patients. Dr. Epstein the dry eye Specialist is top notch too. Also very thorough and caring, and the only Dr. to get to the real root of my dry eye problem. Angelina the receptionist welcomes you the minute you open the door with a big smile. She is always welcoming, caring, and very helpful, and on top of everything. Thank you Phoenix Eye Care! I have been going here for about 5 years and this is the only Doctor’s appointment that I actually enjoy going to :). The atmosphere here is just so warm and friendly and Dr Steinhauser shows she truly cares about your concerns! I feel like I’m surrounded among friends rather than ‘just a patient’. My dry eyes have improved immensely since I’ve been going. I highly recommend it here!!! :-)
