The worst experience ever. I have a medical mask exemption and have had no problems since the start of this. Today I go in do my quick shopping and no problems. 2 hrs later I go back and I got swarmed by the manager and cashiers saying I cant shop refused to put me thru the till as that's were I was. They wouldn't even look at my medical exemption card. The rudeness was unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint with human RIGHTS Commission tomorrow

Went in to purchase a 22 rifle. After looking through selection and some assistance from the staff I decided on a specific model. The regular price was a little over 700.00. It was on sale for 47% off so it was just under the 400.00 mark. Left the store and came back 20 minutes later and it was back to full price. When I dealt with the staff who scanned the code 20 minutes before because the description was covered up by the sale tag they never mentioned that it wasn't on sale. Spoke to manager and was given an excuse that the sale tag was accidentally left on and they couldn't honor the sale price. Left the store quite angry. In the week and a half since this has happened myself and my partner have told different people about the experience. I received a call from a friend on March 22 at 6 pm that he was just in there and the same rifle that I was looking at is currently on sale for 47% off. I will never go back into Canadian Tire in Dryden again as this is not the only time this has happened to me when I have went to purchase other thing that were on sale only to find out they were not and don't get me started about purchasing tires that are on sale. Needed 4 tires. They only had one in stock. Were supposed to order me 4 tires and called me when they came. Three and half weeks later I went to local tire shop and purchased the 4 tires I needed. Love the motto in Dryden "Shop Local". There are a few good businesses in town and the rest couldn't care if you bought something from there business.

Very unhappy with the costumer service I received twice at this store. The first time I tried returning something was a 209 fishing rod that I purchased at another CT location less than 9 months before, and they could not find any info on the fishing rod even though I had my receipt. The only answer I got was “It’s in store special so we cannot return it”, even though another Canadian tire just did the return fine with no problems at all. My second bad experience with this store was when my in-laws purchased a smoker/BBQ from this store, and the first day I used it, all the paint boiled and chipped off of the bottom of the smoker. I phoned in right away and asked if I would be able to return this smoker in 6 months when my in-laws return and they said yes no problem if you have the receipt. Well, 6 months later we go to return it, with the receipt and we are told that it is passed the 3 month return date and there is nothing they can do. So now we are stuck with a 500 smoker/BBQ that we do not want and now does not work properly. Aside from this experience, I appreciate everyone’s efforts at the store to work during the current covid-19 pandemic. Thanks

My car wouldn’t start this morning so I called Canadian Tire in Dryden, they had somebody at my house within 20 minutes of my call. The technician helped me move my car and gave me a boost. Amazing service and great people.

Always a great experience. Usually find what I'm looking for. Staff friendly and helpful. Very professional. On recent visit I was treated with professionalism and respect and got the help I was looking for. I also enjoy the garden center. Great prices and variety. Staff very helpful. Nice to see smiling faces.

Great little store jam packed with everything you need for the home including tools, lighting, paint, automotive and pretty well anything else you would need. One of the nicest selections of fishing equipment, even better than the bigger stores in bigger centres. Great little store with super friendly knowledgeable staff!
