My basement would always become wet after a heavy rain. I was afraid that the walls were becoming damaged and my home would suffer from the amount of water that would appear. I needed a basement waterproofing contractor really bad, been dealing with endless water in my basement. I contacted a few contractors on the web and decided on DryMaster. I spoke with Bud and explain in detail what the issue was and he sent out a very friendly technician to give me an estimate. The estimate seemed fair and we went ahead. Drymaster was there when I needed them. After a major rainstorm my basement was flooded and I was scheduled to go out of town on a business trip in three days. I knew I couldn't go away with my basement filled with water but everyone I called couldn't help me for at least a week or two except Drymaster. When I explained the situtation they came out and did the job the next day. No only did they save me from cancelling my trip but did a GREAT JOB in protecting my basement as well.
