Have been a member since January and have been almost every day since! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and keen to help people achieve their goals. The gym is clean and well maintained. Having previously been a member of a more commercial gym where no one knows you or has the time to help joining DS was the best move I've made and really have enjoyed every visit!

It is a really nice gym, everyone is very friendly, the staff know who I am and greet me by name. There is plenty of equipment and I have never needed to wait. If you are looking for a gym, then check this one out. I think it is really good value.

dont waste your time and money, singeing contract is like signing packt with devil, it will ruin you. Either go Fitness Factory wich is just down the road or that new one that has swimmingpool.
