It's been over a month now, as I handed over the parcel to GTV Express Sri Lanka. We have hassled so much, wasted out time and money on calls etc., today DTDC some agent is saying its untraceable, Melbourne 03rd party office says, the parcel hasn't arrived in Melbourne yet. Terrible service altogether. They are not at all bothered to deliver the parcel to having all the details with them. Ref no : 405003 PLK Economy We do not want to keep tracking the parcel, or any excuses or emails or delayed calls etc. WE DO NEED THE PARCEL TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HRA AS ITS JUST 01 KM AWAY FROM THE CITY OF MELBOURNE.
