Showed up with my truck not having defrost. Left with no defrost and a 350 bill, I absolutely will not be going there again. If anyone had the same experience there, reach out to me. Time to take action on this! Update: they just called and I was offered a 250 discount if I didn’t leave any negative feedback. The whole conversation is recorded. I’ll be setting up an email adress for anyone to contact if you get ripped off here, I will be prosecuting! #2 UPDATE: I just received a call from the DTE team, and the lady at the desk stated my money is no good there, requested I don’t come back on the property and if I slander the business name the owner will press charges. That doesn’t scare me And trust me, I have no reason to lie about this! How this should have happened for me! Step 1: sir, diagnostic fee is 100 Step 2: we can’t fix your problem go somewhere else Instead, they let my truck set there for an entire day, and then told me they couldn’t help me and stuck me with a 350 bill They decided to forget the whole thing when I spoke up My opinion is they soak up money taking advantage of peoples terrible problems. They do good work if the job is simple, and screw the complicated jobs. there are MANY other hard working mechanics located near oak hill to use that may be a little more expensive sometimes, but they are honest about it. Go right across the street! Down the road, or somewhere else if you value your money AT ALL

They came to my rescue when I got my Silverado stuck up too the axles in mud over 140 feet from solid ground. The driver used all available cable and had to used chains to reach my truck . In the cold and muddy conditions he winched my truck out in perfect condition. All this at a super fair price . If you need a tow you can't do any better...
