Dan and his team were excellent. He was quick to come round with samples and, when our chosen flooring wasn't available (Covid) he came up with excellent alternatives that allowed the project to continue on time and budget. Dan was also really good about solving some of the more complicated problems that came up along the way and his aftercare has inspired a lot of confidence too. The team fitting the carpet were polite, professional, personable and very respectful of the restrictions (social distancing, pets etc.). I highly recommend DTM!

Wonderful, even during a pandemic! Super quick to respond and fit carpet within 2 days of first measurements. Our dog dug up our old carpet in one of her frenzies and having young children we were worried about having tacks from the old carpet sticking up. DTM replied to a FB message late at night and the next day came out to measure for us. Prices great and service and friendliness is one of a kind! Highly recommended and will be using you again, thank you

DTM Flooring and associate Devine carpets and flooring due my experience of damaged skirting board, damage bathroom matt, constant chasing every step of the way from asking for samples,.chasing the quote, chasing booking in for one job to be done. Poor experience and an incomplete job with very poor excuse and nothing has been done about the damage caused. Very unfortunate seemed a polite man but polite does not account for poor communication, damage and wasted time.

Brilliant flooring company! I've used DTM flooring in two properties and I cannot fault the service what so ever. On both occasions Dan was round within days of me enquiring, measured up, provided a more than reasonable quote and fitted all in the same week. They have a huge range of carpet for whatever budget. 5 stars from me.
