Went in to the power steering pressure hose replaced. A written estimate was provided (440). A day and a half later, Duane called to report the \labor work\ would be an additional 200 more. They had no way of knowing the extra labor time, Duane stated. I disagreed. Duane quickly said we could split the cost (100/100) with me. In a bind, out of town customer, I reluctantly agreed to split the cost. Duane took no fault for the bad estimate for the labor portion.
