Customer service is the worst I have come across in Dubai. My pool heater/chiller unit was supplied by Fluidra, the agent of Certikin in Dubai, via a third party company. They now refuse to honour the warranty and repair the unit because of a dispute with the third party. Nothing to do with me but now I have a heater/chiller unit under warrranty that I will have to pay to get fixed because Fluidra refuses. I only give them one star because I cannot give them zero.
