I did some research into various companies in the Dubai/Abu Dhabi area that did house painting and maintenance/handover painting. My research came down to 2 companies and I am a consumer that judges a product on it's packaging...I feel like, if they care about their packaging (in this case their website) then they care about their product. Clean Finishers has a very user friendly website that is clear to understand with consumer reviews to read along with it. We were shifting apartments from a townhouse in al Ghadeer to an apartment on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. We communicated with someone on the Clean Finishers team via WhatsApp, asked many questions and their customer service was very patient. We felt confident that this was the right team for our needs. We first had them paint individual walls in our new apartment. For me, this was a little nerve wracking because I know how difficult dark walls (dark grey in this case) are to paint and how difficult edging is to get right. The Clean Finishers team definitely has different techniques then I have ever used, but they got the job done and the final result is better than I expected! The second job we hired them for was to take care of our handover maintenance painting in our old townhouse. Of course, there were holes and small damages to the walls which they took care of with ease and they took the time to make sure that our unit looked like new again. They did an excellent job and we got our full deposit back (even though the handover agent investigated thoroughly to try to get us) I wish there were 1/2 stars in the ratings because I would actually rate them 4.5 / 5 stars...only because I believe there is always room for improvement with any business. Please see attached photos for reference. I would highly recommend the Clean Finishers team to take care of any painting job you can throw at them. They were prompt, kind and competent. They are very good in their work. They came in time painted the wall very well and didn’t make a mess in the house. They finished fast. I would really recommend them for you, as they offer really good prices.

Best Price Received. On time, and very responsive. Work was done quite fast and finished early. Overall Quality was good. However, holes filling (due to nails) wasn’t done very well, could have been little better But overall good experience that i’d recommend

I used them for painting and moving services. For painting, I told them I had a 2 bedroom but they did not come to do a survey. Then on the day, they ran out of paint and blamed me that I didn't inform them that they had to paint the kitchen and store room so I had to go and buy extra paint for them. Also, their job was messy and there was paint on the light switches, plug points and door hinges etc. When I informed them, he said "You can remove it with a wet tissue". With regard to the moving service they were a LOT better. They were on time and professional. Rates are very good too. They were very quick and efficient and didn't damage anything. The only negative is that they packed 2 of my live plants in a box with other heavy items on top of it. So both my plants died. You need to instruct them not to put plants in any boxes. Other than that, everything else was good.

Quality of the paint was also great (Jotun) They had a Team visit my property & discuss my needs & do follow ups with pictures on regular bases. Definitely would recommend them at any time.

The painter was overall good and their service is good value for money. However, one minor issue was the finishing of the paint was not done nicely and how the borders were done around the walls was a bit sloppy. It could have been done better. However, they are reasonably priced and i am satisfied with overall service i received.
