Great place! Friendly atmosphere. Yummy cookies! Kids are having fun with ski and dance classes. Recommended for everyone. All ages and skills.

Great experience especially for kids but adults are also welcome! Trainers are very professional and patient and staff were very friendly/welcoming. The slope is like a treadmill but for skiing. We enjoyed our quick adventure learning how to ski. Looking forward to a next visit!

There is ski training they do teach skiing with skilled instructors and professional. No snow it was a white carpet slope ina closed space . I booked for a trial for my 2 kids . They were not clear about paid trials (free IF you buy a full package !!! ) bad marketing.!! Prices are not cheep ski Dubai with its super expensive real snow place with fantastic experience always have packages at great price . I will definitely go ski Dubai . No comparison.

The place and the experience is nice. But I've been four times with my kids and every time we have gone they have called us two to three hours before our booking to ask if we can change our booked time. We have obliged twice, but it's getting a bit out of hand when they literally ask us every time. We have arrived 15 minutes early everytime as recommended yet two of those times people show up late, scramble to put their gear on, and jump right on to the "slopes" yet there we are left standing waiting to start 30 min after our booking. Again the place is great and the coaches are nice and knowledgeable but the logistics need some work.
