The maids service is good, however the customer service agent is terrible! I need to beg them to send me the service. I have been requesting for months to have a scheduled weekly appointment, but it never happened. It's very disappointing when the maids are very good, and the price is good, marketing is relatively good as well, but you end up with very poor customer service. I'm not sure about the strategy the management are following, but it's definitely weird and ineffective. I would really appreciate one responsible personnel to call me to explain the situation as the customer service agent is refusing to give me any of the management contact details!
