Just bought my Lexus here tonight and couldn't wait to share my experience. They were genuine, friendly and I felt respected and valued as a customer. Clay is amazing, Gia is patient, and the finance manager is so incredibly fantastic at his job, he ended up saving me even more money! Straight shooters, refreshingly honest, I got almost exactly what the blue book value was online for my trade. They don't BS you and throw you low ball trade values and over inflated prices. They don't mess around and haggle. They treat you like your time is as important as theirs. A lot of dealerships could learn from this model. Every person in there was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. My entire experience was under 3 hours to sign and drive away with this beautiful car that is smarter than me!! Highly HIGHLY recommend them and they just gained a regular customer for life. Thank you to everyone there who willingly worked much past closing hours to get me into such a beautiful SUV.

It started with a simple question via the Online Chat. Marc answered my question which lead to several more questions. He shared some interesting LEXUS facts, briefly discussed the specials and gave me his information…he only asked my name. This lead to a phone call from me to Marc, more questions from me and I identified the vehicles that peeked my interest. An appointment time was agreed upon …he insisted on coming in on his day off!! He had the vehicles I wanted to see ready…I test drove three (3) and purchased the one I originally inquired about. By far the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. Great buying experience! The follow up prior to and after the purchase was perfect! My salesman, Jimmy McDuffie has a fantastic attitude to compliment his great hospitality and customer service skills. If he doesn't know an answer to a question he will get you the right answer, and that inquiry moves to the top of his priority list. From walk in, to test drive, to completing the buying application, straight into finalizing financing contracts, I was only there a couple of hours. While you are waiting they check in with you to make sure you don't need anything else, or have any questions, and they keep you updated on about how much longer the current process will take. This dealership is very clean and everyone followed recommended safety procedures. The staff was friendly and well-informed. They have great recommendations and experience to assist you and your needs.

I had a air-conditioning problem with my car when I brought it in for service. The service manager put me into a loaner vehicle and let me keep it until my car was completely repaired, which took several days due the parts. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism through-out the process. My hat's off to Germain Lexus for a job well done and Thank you!
