Seriously, the staff makes this store! Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly! As a new aquarium hobbyist I couldn't have found better local help!

Went to get a harness for a dog, specifically went to this store when it opened. The app and website said the harness was in stock too. I get to the store and this is the condition of the isle. I was told that they are renovating and the girl who made this mess yesterday isn't here today. Then the manager said he still had 2 pallets of truck from Saturday (its Monday) that haven't been sorted so my best bet is to come back in a few days or order online. If I wasn't traveling for work that would be an option. As far as customer service goes I got 4 different excuses and 0 effort to help. This review is more a rating of the management and 3 employees at this store. Will I shop at petco again yes, this store....... NOPE!
For doggone good dog supplies: food, treats, chewies, toys, tags, collars, & more......you cannot beat this Petco! There are a variety of price ranges & sizes on everything. (They even have Royal Canin breed specific foods! Who knew?) On top of that, at every single visit the Dubois Petco employees are friendly & helpful. I love this store
Great selection of products for fish and invertebrate (shrimp) lovers like me. Some of the Freshwater livestock aren't the best specimens but I'm planning on breeding them up anyway. I purchased 3 Cherry shrimp and 3 Blue (dream?) shimp. One of the cherry's had fry hatch in less than 2 weeks! Their staff back in the aquatic pet department is very friendly, and knowledgeable. I'd recommend them to anyone.
