We had concerns around potential woodworm in our garage ceiling beams. Scot arrived to inspect and confirmed that it was live woodworm that needed treating. Scot provided a quote via email as promised, and was able to complete the job within a very reasonable timeframe. Scot explains the job, what he will do and the outcome. He is polite, courteous, always keeps in touch as and when promised and is a pleasure to deal with. Very highly recommended.

Scot was simply marvellous. I have a fear of rats and our neighbours had seen some entering our garden and going under the wall. Scot arrived and explained everything that he was going to do. He is clearly enthusiastic about his work and was understanding that I was not as keen as he was! He visited to check the bait and was happy to make an extra call when I rang him worried about the situation and uncomfortable with looking at the 'traps' myself. I will certainly recommend him and if I ever have any worries with any other type of 'pest' I will, without doubt, be contacting Duchy Pest Control. A top man and top service.
