Ive had a shoulder and neck problem forthebest part of 10 years which has affected me physically and emotionally my right shoulder had dropped which looked terrible and caused me terrible discomfort and also mademe suffer from depression because i couldn't workout or do any day to day tasks ive seen orthopedic specialists at russels hall and the queen Elizabeth hospital in Birmingham and they couldn't tellmewhat waswrong with me ive also tried 3 private chiropractors and 3 private physiotherapists and they could not fix me i thought i was going to be in pain for the rest of my life ....i made an appointment to see stacey and within 15 minutes she had correctly diagnosed my ptoblem the problem wasnt my neck and shoulder which was causing me the pain it was actually my feet and my hips which had twisted and dropped she coulfnt treat me herself but she put me in contact with someone whouc could help 4 weeks on and all my problems are correcting and i am pain free i cant recommend stacey enough she is amazing at what she does thank you so much stacey for giving me my life back absolutely brilliant

Brilliant sports therapist. I have been a client for several months and I have been suffering with backaches and muscle tension for a long time. Stacey releases a lot of knots and muscle tension. Also gives advice such as stretches and exercises to help relieve back and muscle stiffness. Always very friendly and welcoming at each session from start to finish and keeps you relaxed all the way through treatment. Will definitely recommend.
