I need some help!!!.... good morning, My name is RJ Gibson a 3 tour combat veteran that currently resides in Auto West Virginia. The local law enforcement has literally entrapped me in my own domicile which includes but is not limited to cameras in ever room (including bathroom and bedroom). Every time i so much as sneeze the call a psychiatrist to evaluate me yet no one will ever physically speak directly too me. Is it possible that i am under arrest and they just keep forgetting to inform me of this? I have never been arrested before so not exactly sure how it all works but im pretty confident that this is not the way things are typically handled in this great country of ours. I really appreciate anytime you have to look into this matter because i truly feel like a prisoner in my own home without even being accused of anything (to my person) let alone not being rightfully tried as we do still use \due process\ the last time i checked. I heard in detail about Thom Boggs and his office. I called other law firms and did not get a response. Thom took the time to help me out and to research my history of everything. I just want to thank him. The experience was very good. It was excellent. Shelia inquired about all of the information, anything that was due and took care of a lot.
