I used Loftech during spring 2014 for a complete house refurbishment including removal of an internal wall, a newly constructed downstairs wc, replacement windows, a new central heating system, a re-wire and full re-plaster of the house, as well as installation of a new bathroom and kitchen to name just a few. Heath coordinated the whole schedule of work required by the various sub-contractors which progressed alongside his building activities. Communication was great as I always received a clear plan of the schedule of activities to come and updates on how work was progressing. The whole team have been helpful, hardworking and trustworthy and have great attention to detail to achieve that top end finish. Heath, Danny and the team have done a fabulous job at transforming a tired and dated house into a spectacular home. I would definitely recommend Loftech and plan to use them again for future refurbishment projects.

Well, our extension built by Loftech is finished and we have been blown away by it. The work is outstanding, the lads on the job were polite, on time and reliable throughout and we now have our new favourite room. Any work we have done in the future will be done by Heath at Loftech. Simple as that. Our neighbours said how polite everyone was which mattered a lot to us.
Heath and his team of tradesmen at Loftech Conversions come highly recommended by us. We had a single storey rear extension built by them and are absolutely delighted with the finished build. From quote stage to completion we were always kept fully informed by prompt emails and phone calls, and any questions we had were answered quickly too. Heath is very knowledgeable and experienced, so we felt relaxed knowing that he would do a good job, and he didn't disappoint. Heath is friendly, polite, considerate and tidy in his work, and everyone worked extremely hard every day throughout horrendous weather conditions! Heath and his team take absolute pride in their work, and this shows in the finished build. We had Loftech Conversions Ltd in recently to refurbish our serious out of date front room. The 1930's decor was appalling and we needed a honest and reliable outfit to remove the plaster from the walls, rip out the ceiling, remove fitted cupboards and a rotting window sill and sort out split flashing on the window; The guys then had the enormous task of fully boarding and insulating the room, redoing the window casing and refitting some of the internal sockets. Heath and his team did this for us while we were away on Honeymoon and we entrusted our home to him for the week, when we returned - we found they had done an amazing job and somehow managed to keep the house uber clean! The costs were reasonable and transparent and the service we received was exemplary. This is how good builders and joiners should be!
The work we had done was a Loft conversion for our son as his old bedroom was getting too small for him. We contacted Heath and the work started mid-November, with a view to be completed just before Christmas, a total of 7 weeks. Heath gave us a work schedule detailing all the different stages of the project so that we were able to understand what was involved as the work progressed. Heath is an excellent communicator and a highly organised person. He is a relentless worker who doesn't stop until he is certain that the customers are satisfied. We couldn't be happier with the new bedroom he has created for our son. Everything was done with high precision, and everything turned out perfect down to the last detail. We have already recommended him and will do it again with no hesitation.

I used Loftech in October 2013 to knock through from one room to another and put a supporting beam in. I think the key thing when using tradesmen is trust and communication - in particular for newbies to getting work like this done which we were. It is safe to say you get both in spades (no pun intended) from loftech. From start to finish the guys kept us in the loop which helps build that trust. A prompt quote (which many tradespeople dont do), regular updates about start date, communication on what the stages were and when they would be happening and took the time to talk us through the niggles they came across (which happens on every job). They were also keen to ensure the impact on us was as minimal as possible - in particular in terms of mess (which is always greatly appreciated). Would definitely use again and recommend to friends
