The worst experience ever. They kept sending me to different offices meeting different people each time . To find out information about your case you have to call them because they are NOT and I repeat not calling you.. When you do call it’s a different paralegal every time and they tell you different information every time .They didn’t have my address correct so I went to court barely evening knowing I had to go to court because I did not receive documents in mall until after court date.. My other documents with my personal information on them still not sure where they are someone else must have them. I was audited and the cases took longer which was fine but they didn’t even tell me more documents were needed until weeks later. I was so frustrated through this whole experience. Finally when my cases was discharged they didn’t call I only found out because it showed up on my credit report. I called them to ask them and one of the paralegals acted rude as if she didn’t want to provide me with my own information. I’m glad my case is done and it’s over I would never use them again. Very disappointing.
