Stay away from this place as their billing department is a nightmare to deal with. They treat every patient as a cash patient then double dip and bill the insurance. They do not tell you how much the visit costs and they're annoyed that you're asking how much the visit costs and how much they're billing the insurance. Not worth the hassle of dealing with them, there are other options out there. Too bad because we like the doctor.

Been using Dr.Bernard now for over 4 years with both my daughter and my son who have slow thyroids , and at no time has any one at this office ever been unprofessional,even Prince who is the receptionist (Devon) so here is the most recent photo taken .If you have a appointment,your appointment is honoured at that time no one waits. Thanks again Doc for the years of service you have provided for my children.

Blood drawn in wrong vials ..... forgot to call and let me know while we wait and wait and wait...... have to take child back for more blood work.... oh how did dread telling her.... no interest in the affect on putting a child through this again and preventing this from happening to another child but concerned with who will pay for second test. Bad office staff can sabotage a physician’s good clinical skills!

We love this practice. Dr. Bernard is a wonderful pediatric endocrinologist. Nurse Practitioner, Ann Simmonds, runs the growth hormone process efficiently with excellent communication every step of the way. You will feel like this practice is on your side and an advocate for your child.

Dr. Bernard is wonderful and takes the time to thoroughly see his patients and answer all of the questions you have. We see his nurse practitioner for follow up visits and she is wonderful and answers us right away between patients via the portal. Excellent patient care service
