I wanted to give a zero star but its impossible & wouldn’t be fair to the therapist, Jania. I loved seeing Jania but refuse to continue sessions due to the front desk! Jania was out sick and not one person at the front desk contacted me! My son missed his afternoon class & I drove in a rain storm to attend a session with an OUT OF THE OFFICE therapist! After sitting in the waiting room for 10 minutes the receptionist asked if I knew the session would be virtual. WHY IN THE f WOULD I BE HERE? Then she said, JANIA SHOULDVE CONTACED HER PEOPLE. Thought that was the front desk job but she blamed Jania. She then offered to send a Zoom invite. No thanks! Completely unprofessional and unapologetic!!! After leaving and upset, I called to cancel future appoints. She cancelled without asking why or even apologizing! I seen this review below so I guess this happens a lot here!! “Got there and was told they messed up the schedule and I would not be able to see anyone. Completely unprofessional and unapologetic”
