I am a car accident patient of Pernille's going on 3 months now. I cannot recommend her services enough! I have seen my fair share of massage therapists over the years, and Pernille is easily the best. She is both professional and accommodating with my hectic schedule. Her insurance notes were readily accepted by my car insurance as well with no issues. Pernille really takes her time to work with her clients, and listens to them and makes excellent recommendations for future treatment. I am just now beginning to heal after almost 12 sessions of therapy. It takes time to heal, but with Pernille's assistance, it has been an easy experience!

Wow this was an amazing massage. She was able to squeeze me in same day and man I needed a massage. I work 65 hours a week and normally my back would serve well as a foundation for a house with the muscles so tight but now I feel better than I have in years. I am quite a large man but she had more than enough strength to relax the steel cables in my back and shoulders. I've had dozens of massages for my chronic back pain but where other massages feel good...after this one I feel like years of stress and tension have been lifted.

First of all, I am so fortunate in my search for a neuromuscular therapist to have found Pernille Stephens (LMT. CNMT. CST. B.A.Ed.)! I had been suffering with rotator cuff impingement in my left arm for 4 months. Ice packs, chiropractic visits and PT helped but I knew I needed more. After talking with friends & family members who had dealt with this problem in the past, several advised me that neuromuscular massage therapy helped them a lot - just find a good one. I've been working with Pernille for about 5 weeks now & I've experienced progress in my range of motion! Plus the daily & nightly pain I experience with this issue has diminished significantly, making my daily tasks more bearable. My therapy with Pernille is steady and purposeful and that's great because that's what I want, lasting results. This is not something that should be rushed. Thanks Pernille for all you're doing for me, I can now see light at the end of the tunnel!
