All the sales people were extremely friendly and apologetic about the wait when we got there. Chris was great with walking us through all the beds and setting us up with our sleep numbers. No pressure to buy something you didn't want, and very informative on all options. We purchased the iLE 360 flex king and adjustable frame. Hardest part seems to be the wait (2 weeks) to get our bed

I had initially started my order on line (late evening) but left my item in the cart as I had questions. I was called the next day by the Duluth store. The wonderful salesperson talked to me about my specific needs. He did NOT try to pressure me into purchasing the most expensive bed. In fact, he talked me into the lower price items simply because it fit my needs.

The bed is wonderful and no more sore back. The first night my husband and I sleep soundly. I had been going to Physical Therapy for my sore back and we determined that it was our old mattress. We had studied Sleep Number beds and after testing them out in the store we were sold. Never another bed in the future! Get one now for a peaceful nights sleep.

Darcy, our sales person at the Duluth store was amazing and very thorough. She spent so much time with us. We tried out many styles and learned so much. Our bed will be delivered end of this month and we are so excited ! We highly recommend this store and especially Darcy.
