I did not even want to give this place 1 star. Regret wasting my time with this practice. AVOID this place and AVOID DR Patrick Williams. This practice is badly run and they do not care about their patients at all. You have been warned! I am now having to pay more because of the terrible work which was done at this practice.

Avoid Dr Patrick Williams at this practise. He also attends to patients at Marsh House Orthodontics one day a week. Had a relapse so went to Marsh House for braces to pull my teeth back as it had shifted forward. Despite it saying on the notes from the beginning, that this is what I wanted and expressing concerns at nearly every appointment that my teeth are going more forward than back, at the end of the treatment they basically said sorry that your unhappy even after I showed proof from my records that my teeth have clearly gone forward. Dr Williams refused to acknowledge it and instead ignored it as he didn't want to pay my money back. Don't have your braces done here, my teeth are now worse than when I originally had the relapse! I tried getting a refund and they completely refused, basically insinuated 'Tough luck' in fake professional wording. Unfortunately I can't even get it sorted by another Ortho as most Ortho feel despite it going forward, it doesn't have any major health risk attached to it and it's a lot of work to fix right. So now my teeth and my jaw is different from when I originally came in IN A WORSE WAY. DO NOT GO TO THIS ORTHO FOR BRACES. Syed Ahmed DOB 2ND NOV.
Very bad in my opinion. If you would like to get your child braces, don't do it here. I got braces and they fell apart after one and a half months.
If possible I will give this organisation -0 star. When my first daughter was under 16 she went for brace assessment but was told she doesn't need it even though a layman knows she needs it. Later she contacted another orthodontist she was told that she needed brace and now paying 2000 due to incompetence of this organisation. (2) My other daughter was referred again but the materials used for the braces fall off within hours and they always put the blame on my daughter. Later letter was sent to us that my daughter is not cooperating and discontinue the braces. We were referred to another orthodontist, the braces was fixed and everything is extremely perfect within 6 months. The staff that did the braces at Dulwich Dulwich orthodontic is very very rude and incompetent and Another staff called Patrick has been defensive and cover up the unacceptable behaviour of the staff the did the Braces that is not fit for purpose. I will never recommend this organisation to anyone.
Only interested in taking your money, no client aftercare. Have been there myself & for my son, would not return or recommend.
