Went into office for information on a flight. The gentleman we spoke to was friendly, helpful, patient and very informative. He had excellent English and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend this office. Excellent service with a smile!

A poor website. Not user friendly. Promos are very difficult as the booking dates and using dates use a very small font which makes them hard to read. I book a lot of flights on a lot of airline websites, yours is one of the most difficult to use.

Avoid at all costs! This airline is consistently late, ground service is not respectful of your luggage and customer service is totally absent. Out of the 12 flights we have had on our trip 1 flight was aborted on takeoff and delayed 3 hours at which point we requested a refund as the engineer had still not arrived to repair the plane, 1 left 3 hours late, 9 flights here 1-2 hours late and 1 left on time. Also refunds take 30-45 days to process over credit card and 30 minutes of time in the airport filling out paperwork etc. I am highly suspicious of this airlines ontime performance reporting. Genuinly the worst airline I have ever travelled with

Never Cebu Pacific airlines,unprofessional staff including pilot ,first time I see the pilot has no idea what he is talking and also cheaters running the business .i feel pity for there parents to give birth to liars
