The ship is so hot. No air can pass through the deck even on board or in the middle of the sea. Their aircon in the canteen is out of service. and lastly, CR is so dirty.

I miss my Ferry. Why? The TV shows Gate 2. At gate 1 stand "Boarding Manila". Nobody goes to gate 1 at Midnight, so I thought, Ferry was late. I ask 2Minutes after Midnight whats going on, the Answer : the TV was defect. But why TV was on and shows wrong data???? And why nobody change the Billboard at gate one. No Answer. I loss my Money about their fault. Very Unsatisfied!!!

I am now on Filipinas Nasipit boat dgte-cebu (May 6) I lost my ticket and the ticketing staff at dumaguete port won’t issue me another one. So, I bought another ticket — cabin because it is the only accommodation available. Fully booked? But who is sleeping in my tourist cot now? And when I find my ticket it’s refundable (within 60days) minus 20%??? Why? I’m right here with 2 valid IDs! This is me! No one can use my other ticket without a valid ID, right? Why can’t they check their computer data???
