Was there at DFA Dumaguete last 2018. Their offices is inside the mall (Robinsons Place). The place was so nice and the security guards are very courteous. The process was smooth.
The only slot available and nearest to my place was here and it took me 3.5 hrs bus ride, .5hr boat ride and 9 hrs total waiting time in-between the rides. They were very efficient and those whose sched is still an hour or two away were entertained ahead of time. The whole process took only a very pleasant hour!!!

Great experience here. Efficient. Guards are very helpful. Staff gets their job done. We went in the PM to renew passports and apply for a new one for my son. There was nobody else there so it went fast!
Staff were so very accommodating.But ill just give it 4 star coz my passport was not approved
