Many staff but no one could explain what to do on Negros island. They should be trained on the highlights of Negros island and also the basics of getting to the other tourist islands nearby and what to see there. Most tourists follow a similar route around Cebu/Negros/Siquijor/Panglao/Bohol/etc...
