Since Dumaguete water District is took over by metro water Dumaguete thought the service will not get better. Guess what happen the problem is remain the same instead they increase the penalty to 10 percent if there is delay in payment.. Only God know when we have continuous supply of water

Horrible Customer service. We had to settle with very little water flow and when we had no water for 2 days. The guard told us to leave since there is no plumber due to holidays. So what are we going to do? Isnt this an emergency? Studyante kayo? May sem-break?

So far, they were able to fix my problem, and to be honest thru their facebook page ang pa agi since way mutubag sa ila phone number by the time nga nitawag ko, hopefully this will not happen again coz indeed it's hassle. Kudos for the person behind the Water District facebook page for the fast response.

Shutting the water off at night is very dangerous. Any backflow can suck in all kinds of contamination at any even the smallest leak point, hence contamination the whole system every night. also in the event of a fire and there is no water, I personally would hold the water district financially responsible for any loss. Contaminate water and fire are 2 very good reasons not to reduce pressure or worse yet shut if off at night. And if one gets sick at night and needs water, what then ?
