Can I give a zero star? This clinic only cares about income and not about customer satisfaction. I have been a regular client for two years and I expect to receive fair service. Yet, what happened was the opposite. I had to purchase a new set of glasses and I my eyes were not checked even though I insisted. I had to go back because the frame was not the one I chose. And I had to go back again because the lenses do not fit my vision, and I was dizzy and having headache whenever I use it. Then I found out that the lens that was supposed to be installed in the frame was not available. They asked me to come back after two weeks, while suffering from the lens I have now. I asked for a refund and of course it was not granted. They gave me a lesser kind of lens which is worse than the first one. This still gives me headache but they made clear that I cannot do anything about it. I guess I will have to suffer for two weeks for paying them. Also, I think I will ask another clinic to have my glasses made because I cannot bear wearing this even for a day. Please look for other eye clinic. This clinic is very not recommendable in terms of customer satisfaction, service, competence, and overall.
