Paseo Perdices is an ancestral house. It's well maintained and nice hang outs.

This heritage building holds a few famous restaurants and cafés with a trendy crowd. There's an historic thing inside and would tell a story about this past building story. Great second floor view.

It has two national food outlets, namely, Max's Fried Chicken and Yellow Cab. On the second level, there's Infinitea, Gabby's Bistro, Nuat Thai and a skin clinic.

Nothing much to see and do in Paseo Perdices, Dumageute City. A few restaurants & other shops (Max's Chicken, Yellow Cab, Gabby's Bistro, Infinitea, Nuat Thai Foot & Body Massage and Total Wellness)..aside from them, nothing really interesting for me.
