Accessible downtown, but not located near the center of barangay Taclobo for easy access to entire barangay, which is one of the big barangays in Dumaguete. Properly manned by staff, secretary, barangay councilors and barangay captain. Serve contituents well and are helpful. Always open during office hours. Please LIKE if this review is helpful.
