Disappointed! I just noticed lately that my name was misspelled. I was not looking at it because I just gave all my information to that lady. My card was expired, so I need to get another one, so I waited 1 week. And now I will have to go back again to have it change and then wait for another week. Please check your customer's full name 4 times, because it's very inconvenient fro me to travel just because you did not properly and carefully do your job.

I would never associate the word 'convenience' with UnionBank. Their name sounds better than their actual service. Some pointers: 1. The instructions for EON account application in their website ia different from the instructions in their local branch here, which should grant you an extra day or 2 of delays. 2. There is no way to contact customer service through a cellphone call. Landline or bust. Good luck with the wait times if you don't have either a landline or a cordless phone. 3. They have multiple apps in the Android app store. At least one of these apps are not being maintained anymore, but that isn't indicated in the app description nor is the app removed from the store. 4. It would have been nice to have wifi in the waiting room of the bank. 5. The security guards are nice and helpful though.
